Removing a team member

You can remove a team member from your profile at any time. Their access is revoked immediately.

How to remove a team member

  1. 1Go to Dashboard → Team.
  2. 2Find the member you want to remove.
  3. 3Click the ⋯ menu on the right of their row.
  4. 4Select "Remove member".
  5. 5Confirm the action in the confirmation dialog.

What happens when a member is removed

  • Their access is revoked immediately.
  • They are logged out of your profile's context within 60 seconds.
  • Any changes they've made to links, appearance, or other content are preserved.
  • They receive an email notification that they've been removed.

Removing a pending invite

If an invite hasn't been accepted yet, you can cancel it. Go to Dashboard → Team, find the pending invite in the "Pending invitations" section, and click "Cancel invite".

Removed members can be re-invited at any time. They'll start with the role you assign on re-invitation.
