The audit log records every action taken by every team member on your account. It's available on Business and Enterprise plans and is essential for security oversight and compliance.
Accessing the audit log
- 1Go to Settings → Security → Audit log.
- 2Browse or search the log entries.
- 3Use the date picker to filter by time range.
- 4Use the actor filter to see actions by a specific team member.
What's logged
- Login events (success, failure, 2FA bypass attempts).
- Link changes (created, updated, deleted, reordered).
- Appearance changes (theme changed, custom CSS updated).
- Team changes (member invited, role changed, member removed).
- Settings changes (domain added, pixel added, API key generated/revoked).
- Billing changes (plan upgraded, card updated, subscription cancelled).
Exporting the audit log
Click "Export" at the top of the audit log to download a CSV of all entries in the selected date range. Enterprise plans retain 180 days of audit history; Business plans retain 90 days.
Audit log entries cannot be deleted or modified by anyone, including account owners. This ensures an immutable record of account activity.
