Your rights as a data subject

• Right to access — request a full export of your data at any time.
• Right to erasure — request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data in your account settings.
• Right to portability — download your data in a machine-readable format (JSON or CSV).
• Right to object — opt out of non-essential data processing.

Data we collect and why

• Account data (email, name) — to provide the service and send transactional emails.
• Analytics data (views, clicks, IP) — to provide analytics to you; never sold to third parties.
• Payment data — processed by Stripe; we store only the last 4 digits and card type.

Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)

Enterprise customers can request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) from our legal team. Email legal@linkstacked.com with your organisation details.

Cookie consent

When retargeting pixels are active on your profile page, a cookie consent banner is displayed to your visitors automatically. Visitors who decline are not tracked by any pixel.
