You can update your credit card, debit card, or billing email at any time from the dashboard. Your subscription continues without interruption.
Updating your card
- 1Go to Settings → Billing.
- 2Click "Update payment method".
- 3Enter your new card details in the Stripe payment form.
- 4Click "Save".
Updating your billing email
Your billing email receives invoices and payment receipts. To change it, go to Settings → Billing → Billing email and enter your preferred address.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, LinkStacked retries automatically over 7 days. You'll receive email notifications. Update your card details as soon as possible to avoid service interruption. If payment isn't resolved within the retry period, your account reverts to the Free plan.
LinkStacked uses Stripe to process all payments. Your full card number is never stored on our servers.
