Requesting a refund

LinkStacked offers refunds within 14 days of your initial subscription payment or annual renewal. We evaluate refund requests fairly on a case-by-case basis.

Refund eligibility

  • New subscriptions: full refund within 14 days of first payment.
  • Annual renewals: full refund within 14 days of renewal charge.
  • Monthly subscriptions: refunds not issued after 14 days for the current period.
  • One-time theme purchases: non-refundable once downloaded.

How to request a refund

  1. 1Go to Settings → Billing → Invoices.
  2. 2Find the invoice you want refunded.
  3. 3Click "Request refund" next to it.
  4. 4Or email billing@linkstacked.com with your account email and the reason.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 1–2 business days. The refund typically appears on your credit card statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
