Part 13 — Trust & Safety
Community Guidelines
LinkStacked is built on one idea: your link, your identity, your story. These guidelines protect that space for everyone.
The spirit of these guidelines
LinkStacked exists so that every creator — from a freelance designer to a global musician to a local bakery — can have one link that represents them completely and authentically. That only works if everyone on the platform shows up honestly.
We are not trying to police your creative expression. We want to give you maximum freedom to express who you are. But that freedom requires a foundation of trust: trust that the profiles people see are real, that the links are safe, and that the platform is not being weaponised against anyone.
These guidelines are our attempt to describe that foundation in plain language.
Be authentic
Your LinkStacked profile should represent you or your brand honestly:
- Use your real name, business name, or a consistent creative pseudonym — not a name designed to mislead visitors into thinking you are someone else
- Your profile photo or avatar should be a genuine representation of you or your brand — not a stolen or AI-generated likeness of another person
- Do not artificially inflate your follower counts, view counts, or link statistics through bots, click farms, or purchased engagement
- Do not claim credentials, endorsements, or affiliations that you do not have
- If you represent a business, you must have the authority to create and manage that brand's profile
- Fan accounts and parody profiles are welcome — label them clearly and obviously in your username and bio
Be respectful
You share the platform with a diverse community of creators. We expect everyone to:
- Not use their profile to target, harass, or bully other creators, visitors, or third parties
- Not post content that demeans or degrades people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or immigration status
- Engage in good faith if you interact with other creators or platform staff
- Not attempt to intimidate, silence, or drive other creators off the platform
Link standards
Your links are what LinkStacked is built around. We hold them to a high standard:
Links must be honest
- Every link should go where its label says it goes
- Do not use misleading link titles designed to trick visitors into clicking
- Do not use link redirect chains to obscure the final destination
- Do not link to pages that behave differently depending on whether the visitor is arriving from a link (cloaking)
Links must be safe
- Links must not lead to malware, phishing pages, or fraudulent schemes (see Acceptable Use Policy Section 3)
- All links are scanned against Google Safe Browsing on submission
- Links to sites with deceptive advertising, aggressive auto-play, or forced redirects that harm visitors are prohibited
Links must be legal
- Do not link to pirated content, copyright-infringing materials, counterfeit products, or sites that facilitate illegal activity
- Do not link to content that is illegal in Germany or in the jurisdiction of the link's primary audience
Content standards
Your bio, profile content, product descriptions, and any text on your profile must:
- Be written by you or your team — not lifted verbatim from another creator's profile
- Not contain spam, keyword stuffing designed to manipulate search results, or nonsensical text added for SEO purposes
- Not contain personal attacks on identifiable individuals
- Not make unsubstantiated medical, financial, or legal claims
Prohibited content categories
The following content categories are never permitted on a LinkStacked profile:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors
- Content glorifying or facilitating real-world violence, terrorism, or genocide
- Hate speech (see Section 3)
- Detailed self-harm or suicide promotion directed at at-risk individuals
- Personal information (doxxing) of private individuals without consent
- Disinformation explicitly designed to cause public harm (e.g. vaccine disinformation, election fraud conspiracies presented as established fact)
Attribution & originality
If you use someone else's work — photography, illustration, music, writing — in your profile or products, you must:
- Have the right to use it (via purchase, licence, or permission from the creator)
- Attribute it correctly if the licence requires attribution
- Not claim it as your own original work
If you use AI-generated content in your profile or products, disclose it where it is material to the buyer's decision (e.g. in product descriptions for AI-generated art or writing). Presenting AI-generated work as entirely human-made in a way that misleads buyers is a violation of our honesty standards.
Consent & privacy of others
Your profile must respect the privacy and consent of other people:
- Do not post photos, videos, or information about identifiable individuals without their consent
- Do not share private communications (DMs, emails, call recordings) without the consent of all parties
- Do not post intimate or sexual images of another person without their explicit consent (non-consensual intimate imagery is illegal in many jurisdictions and will result in immediate termination)
- Do not share a person's home address, phone number, or other contact information without their consent (doxxing)
- If you feature collaborators, clients, or testimonials, ensure you have obtained the relevant consents and licences
Adult content
LinkStacked is a general-audience platform. Explicit sexual content is not permitted on public profiles. This includes:
- Explicit nudity or graphic sexual imagery in profile photos, banners, or product thumbnails
- Product listings for adult content (OnlyFans-style subscription content, explicit films or photos, etc.)
- Linking to adult content platforms from a profile without appropriate age gating
Suggestive content (implied nudity, lingerie photography, tasteful artistic nudity) is permitted if it does not violate any other guideline and is appropriate for a general social media context.
Enforcement
Our trust and safety team reviews all reported profiles. When we find a guideline violation, we may:
- Remove the offending content and notify you
- Issue a warning for first-time or minor violations
- Restrict account features
- Suspend or permanently terminate the account for serious violations
For the full enforcement and penalty framework, including appeal rights, see the Acceptable Use Policy — Enforcement section.
To report a violation, use the Report button on any profile or contact safety@linkstacked.com.
